Great hotel with friendly staff. The food was amazing! The location was convenient and easy to get to using public transportation. The cleanliness was really good, and the facilities were great. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating.

What an incredible experience! This cozy hotel nestled in the mountain range boasts breathtaking views and a friendly staff. The delicious food was offered in abundance, with a four-course meal every night. I recommend getting the half-board option, which offers overwhelmingly delicious opening salads. The staff went above and beyond to address all guests' needs- even those who didn't speak the local language felt welcomed. The location is perfect; transportation is easily accessible right outside the hotel, making it easy to reach the nearby ski area.

Although the drive up can be a little long, the scenic route up the winding roads is worth it. If you’re not a fan of heights, the height of the location may unsettle you, especially if climbing stairs or hiking around the area.

The hotel's location was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views visible from our room. We appreciated the convenience of the free bus service which stopped right outside the hotel and made exploring the ski area simple. the hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite the language barrier.

Although the hotel's location was what made it so unique, it does mean that it requires a long drive up a steep, winding road, which may not be suitable for nervous drivers. the high altitude did make climbing the stairs more tiring than usual.
